Role Roadmap
We’re looking for a Brand Project Manager to run how brand work actually happens.
This role is about bringing structure to a fast-moving environment-making sure ideas turn into real outputs, on time and at a high level. You’ll work closely with creative, growth, and product to keep projects moving, priorities aligned, and quality high.
You’re not just tracking timelines-you’re shaping how the team operates.
What You’ll Do

Own timelines, resourcing, and delivery across all brand projects (campaigns, product marketing, social, activations)

Translate briefs into clear scopes, milestones, and workflows

Partner closely with creative leadership to prioritize work and maintain focus

Run day-to-day project operations across internal teams and external partners

Ensure consistency and quality across all outputs by keeping work aligned to the brand system

Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies-and fix them

Help build a scalable way of working as the team grows
What You Bring

8-12 years of experience in project management, brand operations, or creative production

Strong experience managing brand or campaign work across multiple channels

Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail

Able to operate in ambiguity and bring structure where it doesn’t exist yet

Strong communicator who can work across creative, product, and leadership

Comfortable moving fast, reprioritizing, and keeping teams aligned under pressure

Understand what high-quality creative work looks like-and knows how to protect it
NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure:
Salary Range: $125,000 to $175,00 annually plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad variance in experience levels within each title; if your compensation expectations exceed this range, we still encourage you to apply or reach out - we’re always happy to discuss.
