Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PredictionJobs ("the site"). By using the site or posting a job, you agree to them.
What we are
PredictionJobs is a job board for the prediction markets ecosystem. We publish listings submitted by employers; we are not the employer for any role on the site, and we don't act as a recruiter, agent, or intermediary in the hiring process.
Job listings
When you post a listing, you confirm that:
- You're authorised to post on behalf of the company named in the listing
- The role is real and currently open
- The content is accurate and not misleading
We don't verify listings beyond a basic content review and we make no warranties about any listing or any employer on the site. Applicants are responsible for their own due diligence.
Payment, renewals, and cancellation
Listings are sold on a subscription basis at $99 USD per 30-day period. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel, your card will be charged $99 every 30 days and your listing will stay live for the next 30-day period.
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your listing stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for, then expires. There's no early-termination fee and no partial refund for the unused portion of a paid period.
Prohibited content
We don't accept listings that:
- Are illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
- Are unrelated to the prediction markets ecosystem
- Contain malware, spam, or links to harmful content
We can remove any listing that breaches these terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, any listing, or any interaction with an employer or applicant.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
