The Role

We’re looking for a high-agency, extremely organized professional to work directly with our leadership team. You’ll sit at the center of everything: priorities, communication, execution, and problem-solving. If you’re someone who thrives in chaos, figures things out fast, and wants a front-row seat to building a high-growth startup, this is for you.

What You’ll Do
• Handle internal and external communications across email, Slack, and beyond
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across multiple facets of the organization
• Jump in on ad hoc projects and responsibilities
• Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them quickly
• Help streamline workflows and improve how the team operates
• Keep leadership organized, aligned, and focused on what matters

• Can handle sensitive info pertaining to senior leadership
• Calm under pressure, particularly in high stress situations
• Able to figure things out and provide solutions quickly without waiting for instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Natural ability to multitask and assess priorities correctly
• General interest in sports/sports gaming

Compensation: 50k – 90k
