Operations Manager

We are currently searching for an Operations Manager, a unique opportunity to make an impact in an expanding area of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys spending time out in the field, building impact beyond the office.

You need to be willing to travel and you are willing to work some unsociable hours (weekends, early mornings, and late nights depending on shift patterns). 

The role does involve some weekend and evening shift work. These are in rotation with the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and accuracy with the data provided
• Being able to lead a team and adept at building strong relationships 
• Develop and execute business plans, strategies and resource allocations
• Managing day-to-day operations 
• Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training and feedback to improve performance
• Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Coordinating with various teams to meet company goals
• Managing risk, budgets and resources

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proven experience in a leadership or operations management role
• You are driven by hitting targets
• Excellent with numbers and balancing figures
• Able to build and maintain new relationships 
• High attention to detail
