About the role

As a Senior Product Associate you will be a hands-on member of the Product Team and you will play a pivotal role in the continuous evolution of a new regulated market. You will support the entire product lifecycle across exchange, clearing and instrument management.

We are seeking a Senior Product Associate who is a data-driven problem solver. The ideal candidate will combine strong product development and technical skills with an in-depth knowledge of financial markets, particularly in launching regulated derivatives for retail-focused products.

What you’ll do

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, defining and translating business goals and product ideation into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with engineers in a pod structure to develop new features and enhancements for the instrument reference, exchange, and clearing platforms.
• Assist in the complete lifecycle of new derivative contracts, encompassing the research and design of contract specifications, defining underlying reference data and contract terms, and establishing settlement procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the compliance and regulatory team to manage product certification and approval processes, including the publication of necessary information for customers.
• Conduct research, gather customer feedback, perform competitor analysis, and assist in developing business cases for new contract listings. 
• Develop automated dashboards and reports to monitor project progress, key milestones, and deliverable completion.
• Support customers and internal teams (like Market Operations) with technical and product issues, ensuring great service. 

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a field such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a product management, business analyst, or comparable position, and familiarity of the process of launching new products or services.
• Strong understanding and experience in CFTC Regulated Prediction markets or State regulated Sports Wagering
• Experience with derivative contracts (futures, options) and financial markets is highly desirable.
• Skilled in leveraging AI to optimize product management workflows, including conducting market research, identifying emerging trends, and automating data analysis and report generation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and experience with data visualization libraries or tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial products is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

This position has a base salary of $115,000-$130,000 per year.
